Post by: K2MIJ on December 16, 2013, 17:25:41 UTC
Hi and thanks for the invite!

My name is Jim and my QTH is Long Island, NY approx. 30 east of NYC. I operate almost exclusively QRP and QRPp CW and Phone (SSB,AM/FM) Hope to get into some digital modes in the future psk31 etc...

Working conditions here are: Yaesu FT-817nd,  YouKits HB1B and for QRO/QRP work a Kenwood TS450s
Antennas are all wire - a 40 meter Delta Loop at 15 feet (4.5 meters) and a 15 meter Delta Loop at 10 feet (3 meters) both tuneable for all the high bands. For 160 and 80 meters I use an 80 meter dipole at 25 feet (7.5 meters) (*external clip on wire extensions for 160 meters*)

Hope to see more from everyone in the threads and on the air!

72/73,
Jim K2MIJ
