Conditions are on the up at last.

The solar flux appears to be rising and the higher bands opening up.
Last week I worked VE2JCW in Montreal on 18MHZ and received a 549 for my 5 Watts. Today I worked N2GM in NJ on 21MHZ and received a 559. SFI today was up at 101!
