Hi Dione,
I will visit Valletta in September for one day on board the Celebrity Constellation.
I am still trying to get approval for taking Ham gear with me, so I don't know whether I will have a 9H call yet. The ship has Maltese registration. I would love to activate one of the SOTA summits but I don't think my wife will be happy with that :-)
