My First 123mW Contact!

Hi all!  I just made my very first 123mW contact from my QTH Bronx, NY to REVA, VA KN2A to N7DC.
It was done with my Three Blind Mice XMTR!  So So Cool!

Can anyone tell me how to figure out the miles per watt?
